Do I need to pay Tax?
No! Tax is included in all the prices already, what you see is what you pay; there are no hidden charges.

How about Customs Duty Tax?
You do not always get charged Customs Duty Tax from past experience; at least 95% of our customers don't get charged. However, in an unlikely situation you do get charged, it is not our responsibility to cover it for you, by law, you do have to pay for it and we will not accept refunds if this occurs.

Is my item under official warranty?
Yes, all our items are covered by official full time warranty.

How long does it take for the shipping?
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. Usually the item will be shipped out on the second day if possible. It will then take about 5 working days to arrive in front of your door. We cannot always promise this time line, but we do try our best to deliver within the shortest time.

Should I worry about the voltage difference?

Taiwan uses the US standard voltage which is 120V. If you plug a 120V voltage item in UK; you will damage the adaptor and possibly the item as well. However, most items nowadays will switch the voltage automatically. We do our best to check the voltage for you when we list the item, we have never encountered any problems at all, but please for your own benefit of safety, double check when you receive the item. On the power adaptor, it should state the voltage as 120V ~ 220V. If you don’t see this, then don’t plug it in straight away since you will need a voltage convertor which is available for purchase in your local electronic shop.

My item doesn’t have a UK power plug, what should I do?

Taiwan uses the US standard 2 pin power plug, if you see this on your item, you will need a convertor to convert it to UK 3 pin, which is available in your local electronic shop. We can also buy one for you and send it from our UK office, for more information please e-mail our sales support.

How much is the postage?

The postage will be automatically calculated at checkout, the calculation is based on the weight of the product, we use only the carrier we trust (EMS), and the advantage of using EMS is that you have very little chance of being charged for customs duty tax. We try to minimize the cost of postage for you, but international shipping is expensive and we don't want you to pay duty tax.
